ISI Web of Knowledge Helpdesk Statistics

The enquiries directed to the Mimas ISI Web of Knowledge helpdesk are entered either automatically (via email to: or manually into the Action Request System (ARS). The ARS is a client-server application that models the process of someone filling out a piece of paper, passing that piece of paper to someone else, and that someone else acting on its contents.
