Web of Science - Important Update and Web of Science for Librarians **Free** webinar – 23rd June

To help you conduct your searches more easily and find what you need faster, Clarivate have been building the most powerful Web of Science™ platform yet.

We are pleased to advise that Clarivate have today announced that from Wednesday July 7, 2021, all users will be automatically taken to the new Web of Science platform.

The new Web of Science has been available for testing since November 2020, and Clarivate have been listening to user feedback to make enhancements – bringing to the platform a personalised and intuitive user experience with:

  • improved search capabilities
  • faster page loads
  • increased accessibility
  • responsive design for viewing on mobile and other devices

Please note: during the introduction period, you can navigate back to the classic Web of Science from the new Web of Science.

To support the introduction on the new Web of Science, and the switch to the new WoS as the default platform, Clarivate have made available the following **free** webinar aimed specifically at librarians/information professionals:

Title: Web of Science for Librarians
Web of Science is evolving, and this session will highlight the new user experience evolution - with special focus on the different Web of Science content and the power of combining different databases in research. In addition, we will talk about topics such as Open Access and collection management support with the help of Journal Citation Reports.
