Please check access - Web of Science - Free trial to Journal and Highly Cited Data (Thomson Reuters) until 30 September 2014 - UK Academic Jisc subscribers

Please be advised that all subscribed academic institutions to the Jisc Web of Science agreements for these resources should now have TRIAL access to the new Journal and Highly Cited Data (the module name for Journal Citation Reports - JCR, and Essential Science Indicators - ESI) on the InCites platform.

Please note:

Access to the new version requires that you are connecting from a registered IP address for authentication, or when signing in using a registered personalised email address and password account enabled for 'Remote' roaming access.

Roaming. "A roaming account remains active for 12 months after you register with an authenticated session to Web of Science. You may reactivate roaming by establishing a new authenticated session." (Generally, this means logging in again from your institution set up with IP address authentication.)

Access is also available once connected to the Web of Science platform via the links on the top menu bar, again this is dependent on IP address authentication or signing in with a valid personalised account. The trials are not set up for Shibboleth authentication. This authentication option will be made available following the trial expected October 2014.

If it appears that your institution has not been set up for the trial and you do not have access, please contact Mimas support at: and provide your IP addresses required for access, and we will check that the IP address entitlement for the trial has been set up correctly.
