November - Web of Knowledge Update Training- * Free * UK Regional Courses.

A series of **free** regional training courses have been arranged at academic institutions around the UK in November. These sessions will focus on features and enhancements recently applied (Q2 upgrade expected August 2012 and Q3 upgrade expected October 2012) and also look at forthcoming features and enhancements.

Who is this course for?
These courses are for library and support staff. As this is not an introductory course previous experience of the databases is advised.

Course materials and format.
This course will combine a mixture of demonstrations and structured hands-on practical sessions; in addition there will be opportunities for attendees to ask questions and provide feedback.

Course schedule:

  • Mon 19 November - The University of Manchester. 1.00 -4.00pm
  • Tue 20 November - Cardiff University. 1.00 -4.00pm
  • Thu 22 November - Glasgow University. 1.00 -4.00pm
  • Fri 23 November - Queens University Belfast. 1.00 -4.00pm
  • Thu 29 November - Kings College London. 1.00 -4.00pm
