Service notice

Thomson Scientific have issued the following statement which is relevant to users of the ISI Web of Knowledge Service for UK Education:

"We apologize for any access issues you may be experiencing. We have identified a hardware problem in one of our data centers that has caused intermittent service disruptions. At the time of this posting, service has been restored and we continue to monitor capacity and load issues to ensure continued access.

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and we encourage you to contact our help desks should you experience any disruption or slowdown in service. Updates on service disruptions will be posted to this page so please bookmark or check back at your convenience."

We will post any further notices received to this and other lists. We would like to add our thanks for your patience and measured tones when communicating with us.
